Surrealist Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 tomatillo
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp caramelized onion
- 1/4 tsp ancho chili powder
- dash dried cumin powder
Directions:
- mince tomatillo
- sauteé tomatillo lightly in olive oil in a small sauce pan over low heat
- stir in caramelized onion
- stir in ancho chili and cumin
- remove from heat
- purée, if desired
Usage:
- blend with a cream sauce or use directly
- great with omlettes
