• Contract work performed remotely or within a 50 km radius of one of our offices qualifies for local/remote rates, while on-site rates apply in all other cases.

• Be advised that any screen time (in phone calls, video calls, or live chat) is reserved for paying clientele.

• A monthly retainer (average estimated billable hours per month, paid in advance) is used for projects which require contract time scheduled in advance of four (4) weeks. Prepaid amounts apply to billed hours and carry forward.

• Business agreements with organizations chartered or headquartered outside of the Western States Pact (WSP) may require increased disclosure and become subject to additional due diligence and potential limitations. Surcharges apply, based on our models for estimating internal and external risk factors for prospective and existing clientele.

• Total invoiced amounts include reimbursements for travel (where applicable) plus other expenses billed directly to the client per our contract agreement. Travel reimbursements include: airfare and other transportation costs, visas, parking, hotel, laundry, and meals.

• Engagement by clientele, signified by signed agreement on a statement of work (SOW) or payment on invoices, acknowledges full agreement to our stated policy for staff and clientele – including obligations, compliance, code of conduct, and statement of ethics.
