Given that you've already put together a data science, what are some simple practices and perspectives to employ, as a manager or team leader, to help yoru team work better together? We'll discuss strategies for leveraging the complementary skills of a diverse team, not unlike 'paired programming' in software engineering. Similarly, how can your team keep growing within the field, even as the field of data science continues to evolve rapidly? Encouraging curiosity as a core value, giving your team members ample opportunities for continuous learning, and most importantly establishing ongoing programs for mentoring -- these provide effective strategies for helping your current team members grow, and for bringing new members onto your team.
