Similarly, how can your team keep growing within the field, even as the field of data science continues to evolve rapidly? Encouraging curiosity as a core value, giving your team members ample opportunities for continuous learning, and most importantly establishing ongoing programs for mentoring -- these provide effective strategies for helping your current team members grow, and for bringing new members onto your team.
